Is it that the "Loading.." box isn't positioned in the middle of your screen?

the loading box on the middle of my screen,

with back of the loading back
say"Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /xmlhttp.php on this server.

Sorry, my problem is fixed

the file /xmlhttp.php Must chmod to 755
