I am having issues with users not being able to log back in after resetting their password. Initially, the problem was that when logging in after resetting a password, it was asking to enter a captcha that wasn't there. After downloading the new members.php file, I am now having a different issue.

After resetting the password on a test account, I am copying and pasting the new password from the e-mail into the log in screen and it is giving the "invalid user name or password combination" error. I am using the correct user name and password.

Initial Error:

This error repeats each time a password is reset. User registration setting in admin is set to send random password.

Version: 1.4.4 (1404)
php: 5.2.4
Database: MySQL 5.0.45
Browser: IE7 and Firefox 3

Also, even if I reset the user's password via the admin panel (after user requests a new password), it still gives the invalid password error when logging in with the correct/new password. If the user DOES NOT request a password change and I just change it via admin, the new password works fine.
