why my xmlhttp.php change chmod to 000??

if i change it to 644 success, but 2 minutes back to 000 again,

it's make my quick edit post and my shoutbox error.

any help?
You need to talk to your host - this isn't a MyBB issue.
ok, if it is host problem, why just xmlhttp.php file??

any file is chmod normally
Well the problem will lie either your host or the software you're using to change the CHMOD permissions.

The xmlhttp.php file, or any other MyBB file, cannot modify CHMOD permissions like this.
my host customer care say,

the xmlhttp.php file is blocked by security,

because xmlhttp.php can drive the background process,

and what plugin that drive the background process??
I'm guessing your host has disabled it because it might cause high load on your server. It is probably the Shoutbox that will cause the biggest problem in your case.
As Tom said this is a host issue, nothing we can answer in any way at all, it just happens to be affecting a MyBB file. If they're blocking xmlhttp.php you may need to ask them to unblock it or even move hosts as you lose features if you can't use the file.
