i installed the image resize plugin, and it worked but the image is not shown when it's resized but once clicked it shows on a new window in full size (when i deactivate the plug in the pictures are shown full size)

dont upload resizer class
upload only the imageresizer gd to pkugins directory
in configuration->image resizer gd--->check the first two settings to yes(Overide dynamic resizing and optimization and Active) and leave rest to default
the plugin resizes the image after loading it so that you forum looks nice
just check this page to get an idea of how it should look like(wait till it loads completely)
