how do i change the "mybb" logo at the top of the forum?
how do i upload other images (like smilies etc or the logo?)

You can upload a new logo to the ./images/ folder. If it's called logo.gif it'll update itself, if it's called soemthing else, you edit the name of it in the settings for the theme.
Same for smilies, they go in the ./images/smilies folder and you can then edit them and give them a shortcut in the ACP.
and how i upload to the image folder? sry for that stupid question, but i dont find anything

i have to say that i created a mybb forum at freebb.de, so i cant use ftp prog or sth?
With an FTP account provided by your host. If you don't have FTP, which by the sounds of it you don't, you can't upload new images.
Well sadly , for this there must be a Home Menu or something
Best thing to do is make your own forum ! Its really easy , also there are many good free hosts which you can use to start
