once in a while this happens:


and you have to click the links about 5 times to actually go there, nothing happens on the first four, any help?

Your browser isn't loading or has a corrupt cache of the CSS file. It's happened a lot to me in IE. Since using Firefox I don't think I've had this problem.

could it be because the server is being slow and not reading the css?

(i got it in ff)

if you have slow internet connection and/or your server is slow, this can happen many times. sometimes my internet kinda messes up and goes really slow and that often happens.
