I've registered another account to test if I receive activation email on my forum, but I don't. It doesn't display any errors.

I've tried setting up test script, it worked, and I received email with p3nlh050.shr.prod.phx3.secureserver.net domain

I'm using godaddy deluxe hosting.

Please, drop us a phpinfo().php sheet (What is phpinfo().php?)
I suspect it's not properly setup / compiled in PHP, anyways, the phpinfo().php sheet will help.

If all fails, you might consider using SMTP to relay E-mails instead
