i could not be able to open a new parent forum to www.zenginim.com

how can i do it?

You mean -> Admin CP -> Forum Management -> Add new forum -> Parent forum ? Set parent forum to none.

i did exactly what you tell. but i have faced the following message:

The forum must belong to a parent.

Act As Forum?
If no, will act as a category.

Set to "NO" .
