Ok, so XAMPP already has PostgreSQL installed but I need to install phpPgAdmin too... I followed instructions here (1.2 Install phpPgAdmin) and did all that, but then when I go to http://localhost/phppgadmin/ like it says I just get a four-oh-four

What's confusing is the fact that it's giving me the 404 when all the files are in place, and I'm visiting the correct URL for it... if anything, I'd expect a configuration error of some kind, can't think why it's saying 404 when the files are clearly there.

Help??

Have you restarted Apache?...

Did you put it in C:\Folder\To\xampp\ or C:\Folder\To\xampp\htdocs\?

It was in the right folder, which is what was confusing me, but restarting Apache did it, yay, thanks
