Hi i just switched over from phpbb to mybb ...

i have just one problem .. all my registered users are in a group REGITERED which has been exported from phpbb. I would like to put them all into the Reistered group of mybb .

I have 2000 Users on my board almost so doing them one by one is out some help would be appreciated.

This is probably do-able with an SQL query... what is the usergroup ID of the phpbb registered usergroup??

Have you tried the Merge system?

yes i converted using the merge system and that is how i arrived at this ...

Delete the phpbb registered group and it will move all the members to registered of mybb.

i was afraid someone might say that ...!!! i wont lose all my members now will i ??

Yeah, this should be easy. Can you look in your users table, and tell me what the value is for the 'usergroup' column for the people in the phpBB group??
