I marked in red above where the bottom of the ccc or something different with 2 colors transition or can I add picture in backgorund? Is this possible?

Just add this to your trow1, trow2 in your global.css

#fff url(images/your theme name/alt2.gif) top left repeat-x 

but if you want the background images on just the section in the picture above that would require some template edits.
