There is an option for the warning system that once a user gets to a specific level they may get their posts "Moderated"...

How exactly does this feature work?

I think it basically means once they reach that level, that you will have to approve each post they make. I'm not sure though as I've never used it/had to use it.

Yeah that sounds about right. Their posts will be unapproved (invisible to usual members) until you approve them.
