Hi,
few weeks ago I installed few plugins...games, chat, map, etc.
Now the thread views are not increasing. They remain to be 0. Is there a way to fix that. Should I put auto increment through phpMyAdmin. I do not have favicon plugin installed....some users had the same problem with this plugin.

do the views appear after disabling the plugins

The only thing I've ever known of to cause this is the favicon plugin. Did you ever have it installed??
