Is there a way to add " View first unread message " ?

It already exists. If you go to your User CP > Thread Subscriptions, if there's a new post in a topic you're subscribed to - it'll show a green arrow before the title; just click it

no , what I mean is I want it same as in VB, that it would show first unread button without subscription

MyBB doesn't need every feature that vBulletin has!
