In ACP => Users & Groups, there is a tab called "Find Users". One of these options is Post Count (greater than, less than, is exactly).
You can also create a custom view - essentially saved search parameters - so you don't have to constantly find the same users. In the Users & Groups page, just click on "View" => "Manage Views" => "Create New View".
wait think you misunderstood.... i dont want to find a user with a particular post count.
I want to find the user that made for example the 20000th post in the forum...

As far as I know, no there's not.
It would probably be easiest to do this via phpMyAdmin (the database).
Browse the posts table and look at the pids.
I'd say the database would be the only way too. You can't put it in a URL because you'll need the ID of the thread that post was in, too.
Does that work?? :o Wow, well that's my new thing learnt today...
* Matt makes a note.
thanks labrocca it does indeed seem to work...
