Can we create another group who has paid for membership.. That means, we can set the special features for this user like bigger avatar, colorful username, banner in signature, and hide from member if online..
You can create a new usergroup for paid people, yeah, but everything you mentioned apart from the coloured username isn't possible by default to set for just one group.

Well there's the usergroup permissions... you can allow the paid group to access things the normal members can't.

maybe give them some private resource...what are you expecting?
Usually some special content is a better incentive than having a larger avatar, etc, but that's just my opinion. Ask yourself what would you want to get in return if you paid x dollars.
Paid Member only forums, Ability to change username and usertitle, bigger attachment space.
