I switched the Postbit to the left, and it still shows at the top.
I am using a custom skin - AFresh Flame, would that stop it from working? How do I fix this problem?

Your host should be able to help you out with where you can find phpMyAdmin.

Probably not necessary to contact them, just have a look around on the documentation or their support forums, whatever is available. If you can't find it then ask your host.
