You can probably add the HTML code to the guest_4 string.
If you want it in more than one place, you do a search in these forums for google adsense, there are lots of topics on how to add adsense to your site.

You'll need to edit templates to add the adsense code.

Please note that it's against the adsense rules to put adsense commercials on a registration page.
