Hello
I've made finally a forum. Its called PromoTime. You can promote your site or forum for free. There is not only a promote forum but you can also talk about webdevelopment and ofcourse other things like games, music etc.
At the moment I have add an English forum where English people can show their sites or forums. I don't know of this forum will be there forever but take your change a advertise your site/forum!
Sorry for my bad English I'm only 13 years and come from Holland.
