There's no content on your board, and if you have money to pay people for helping, perhaps you should consider buying a domain name. Nobody seriously uses IP addresses.

And GioSoft spends around 100$ for stuff to use..
And we wouldn't consider buying a domain until we get some traffic onto the site.
You're not going to get any traffic on your site with that domain and with no content. As an administrator of a new board, you can't wait for users to come and create content for you; you have to create it yourself.
Well, right now we are having some issues with the board, we have around 10 users right now but a lot of people have not heard about it, and we are getting advertisers and a little bit more money for a custom domain and some more content.
A. Get creative and make a custom theme, at least make your own logo!.
B. Get a domain name.
C. Stop trying to pay people, put some hard yaka in yourself and make some content. Start with some tutorials maybe?
Also are you actually competent in all those languages? Because it is going to be hard to attract members to your site if you can't provide them with any real knowledge above what they already have.
