This theme is coming very soon, just a few edits such as the whole style needs widening a tad so that the editor box fits on screen, a few image edits then the theme is ready for release.

Why put the welcome, user and last visited and the usercp, modcp, admincp links in the highest bar, instead of making a new one?

Thanks, still a few image edits to go. I need a new dark button set, folder icons and private message icons. A lot of work left to do but should all be done by tonight.
Lighter grey maybe? I think all single-color themes look pretty bad.
