is your themes folder CHOMD to 777?
Yes the "Styles" folder is CHMOD to 777
./cache/ and ./cache/themes/ need to be 777. Folders inside here need to be 777 and files inside need to be 666.

Ask your host to whitelist you against mod_security.
ive used all other BB's i can thing of ... but i dont know why myBB just wont work :O
