At the top of this catagory it has a block titled Ways to get your questions answered quicker

How can i get one of the blocks on a certain section of my forum, as i want it in the introduce yourself section at the top.

you go to your ACP>>forums and posts>>options>>edit forum>>then halfway down ull see forum rules.
