Hey just look at mybbdestek.com theme. how can i get a theme like this? is there is any mod?

That's a custom theme created for MyBB Destek. Basically, they've created the forum theme and mirrored the site on it. You cannot get this theme publically, and if someone tried to recreate it, it would be illegal, as it would be a breach of copyright.
And if you mean the arrangement of forums, I would suspect that would be heavy modding of forumbit_depth2_forum.
