Wow.. too bright for me, for sure. Hurts my eyes..
I don't know how purple can hurt your eyes but yeah.
It's not that it's bright, it's that it's too pale; there's no contrast between the foreground and background and that makes it hard to read.
The buttons look a lot better than the theme itself; they contrast well and are easy to read. Unfortunately, there are white borders around the buttons which show against the purple background ... the fact that you left them this way is a bit lazy. However, the colours are better; you should've made the theme fit the buttons more (as it is now they stand out too much).
I can't read anything. The text is not dark enough. Like Bey Brad said, there's basically no contrast. Readability is the #1 thing when creating themes.

yeah you're right you clearly are a pro at this considering every comment so far has been about its unreadability
