MyBB SQL Error

MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.

SQL Error:
145 - Table './eminem_cico/cico_sessions' is marked as crashed and should be repaired
Query:
DELETE FROM cico_sessions WHERE uid='2' LIMIT 1

If your the admin, go into phpMyAdmin and repair it.

And if it keeps happening, ask your host why.

I had this problem, my host told me it was MyBB putting bad data into My table, when i asked them why, are you using hostgator by any chance?
