I am judging based on the resume those submit. You need to be a member of the community to apply first. Then you need to be as descriptive as possible in the application form telling us why you want the position and how active you can be

I expect all my staff members to be active members as well, not just perform staff duties and that's it. It makes the staff look to inactive IMO.
