go into your Cpanel go to phpmyadmin, then click on your database name on the left, then click on SQL and Paste it in the text area and hit go.

After done?

did you do it? and was it successful?

If you got no errors, then yes - you should be done.

ya, everybody will have that, but they can change it in the usercp, but it won't effect everyone.

Note: What you just did will only affect current members. Anyone knew who joins will need to either set it to that themselves, or you'll have to do it.
