Iep, that's funny but it's real, if i want to change the board name, it dosen't work, if i want to close the board it dosen't work, if i want to change the announcement content it dosen't work

Go to your Tools & Maintenance page in your Admin CP and ensure that all of your files have the correct CHMOD settings.
If they're wrong, fix them. If they're right, have you made any changes recently? Plugins, etc..
yep, that was the problem, my inc/settings.php chmod wasn't changed. now it's fix, thanks.

ok, changed the chmod of the settings but now, i've get the problem with login/logout 8-|
i've changed the chmod back to 644 but still nothing, has this problem with login resolved in new version of mybb ? :-?
