Theres a pen and board i think lol
How do you get that onto a Button
As the buttons i make are standard - is there any way on getting that on to a button or something similar ?

P.S. - Whats the best software to make a button ?

It should have layers for everything that is in the images..

Take a screenshot of what you see in Photoshop when you open the .psd file.
