I am currently looking for a MyBB + Wordpress + HTML template that I can use to integrate all three of my websites with.

Something along the lines of this:

Something where the header is the same in the HTML, MyBB, and Wordpress theme.

It is for a Blog Hosting website.

My maximum fees is probably $10 right now, but if I get more later on, I might be able to raise it to $30. Spend most of the money on the hosting, domain, etc.

I do prefer a free design, it can just be one of them.

I'm also looking for a coder/designer that'd be willing to stick with these project.

I'll provide the web address after everything is finished.

OSWD has great templates!

I've seen them, but I wish to have a integrated theme for all three platform.
I am truly sorry that I have such a low budget.

You're expecting too much for your budget. You'll have to make concessions.

Even if you provided me a free template and said to go and merge it onto 3 softwares...that's time consuming.

You can do it yourself if you try even if it takes you a couple days. The OSWD templates already come HTML ready so that's a huge plus.
