I want to add a line in registration page top of username box, top of password box and top of email box. see this image for example.

You can probably edit the language variables and put a <br /> to add a new line, then put in the new text.

Where I found language variables? plz...explain me.

You can either do it in the ACP if you CHMOD the language files, or you can edit them directly in ./inc/languages/*language*/

Or actually, you could probably add it in the member_register template, that'll probably be easier.
