He had to have, or it would show the message that he didn't...

With all those plugins, you have to have one that's messing something up..
i had this same problem and i uploaded changed files, and it said i had 1404, if he dont have codepress after that, then he must of did something wrong.

Backup your database. Read through the 1.4.4 announcement thread. Find the package with the changed files. Upload those files, overwriting your current ones. Run the upgrade script. Choose your old version from the list. Run through the steps and then delete the /install/ folder

I Didn''t Run Anything
i Just Uploaded And Rewrited The File And Than Deleted The Install
Because When After Uploading The Files Returned To My Forum But
It Was Showing Errors And a Note Which Says >> You Need to change/Delete The Install Folder

okay, so you didn't run the upgrade script why would you delete the install folder after uploading the files?, that's why you still don't see codepress, your suppose to backup your database, deactivate all of your plugins, turn off your board, upload all of the changed files, then run the upgrade script, pick what version your upgrading from then follow the on screen instructions, idk what is so hard to understand, honestly.
So I Have To Change The Files Again And Run The Upgrade Script hmm..
But One Question How Do I Run It ?
you overwrite your exsisting files with the changed files, then run

www.yourdomain.com/forumfolder/install/upgrade.php
