Is it possible to just add emails as users to my forum?
anyway i can just import a big list of users maybe?
i need it so i can mass mail my users easier.
It's not recommended to use emails as usernames, since usernames are always public

no one else will see the users, so i am not worried about that.

I'm still can't see any reason to do that, are you using mybb just to do the mass mailing? there are systems that do it much better, like mailing lists managers
Anyway, MyBB allow signs like '@' or '.' inside usernames so should not occur any problem assuming that the emails are valid. Just use 'inc/datahandlers/user.php' to add the users and to check for errors, enter the email as both email & username

if the main use is a newsletter I can certainly say you don't need mybb,
search google for "mailing lists managers"
