When i have done some uploads, i saw that some people give external links to my uploads. and my bandwidth worried about it.

how can i prevent this?

and second question, is there any upload size limit for the files? or can i do any restricments about this?

Upload Size Limit.
Check the settings in Attachment Types and in Usergroup Manager.

Not sure how to prevent unwanted people from downloading. Deny guests from downloading??
