Hey i am looking for a mod that only lets boys views some forums and girls others.
i know this sounds sexist but its divided for a good reason
You could probably do this with secondary usergroups and forum permissions.
Yeah, and make them publicly joinable. And then just advise your users to go to User CP > Group Memberships > and join their gender group(Male/Female/Unspecified)

I have gender as "brother" and "sister" it's a muslim forum. And I want to create a sisters only (female only) section so only girls can view and post threads. Guys cannot view threads or post threads.
