I am new to forums and I just created my first one. Here is the link:

As you can tell, it is very incomplete. The theme is not displaying correctly and most of the features are not working such as Registration, Search, Member List, Calendar, Help etc. I have tried downloading new themes and they are not displaying after I uploaded them and set them as default. I am a noob at this stuff so if you are going to give me advice please make it very detailed

Your board URL setting appears to be wrong. Add /forum to the end of it in ACP > Configuration > General Configuration.
