When viewing the logs I get this error:

Can you actually say when you see this 500 error?? You haven't actually said when it happens.

I think it is when they try to make a backup.

When I do a backup

As it's a 500 error I'd ask the hsot about it. 500 errors are usually something wrong with the server.
