What is the guid ?

when i changed it i cant see in plugins.. ?

The guid is to be used if you submit your site to the Mods site, it's used to check for updates. If you're not submitting it to the Mods site, you don't need it.

Isn't the MyBB search highlighter sufficient enough?

It's not FOr Only MyBB Search. It Checking the Referer Search Engine Keywords.

Visitors From google msn yahoo etc..

You're missing the < at the start of the span tag...
