When I try to get onto my forum i get this error:

"MyBB SQL Error

MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.

SQL Error:
2013 - Lost connection to MySQL server at 'reading initial communication packet', system error: 111
Query:
[READ] Unable to connect to MySQL server "

What's the problem???

The first thing to check would be your inc/config.php to make certain that the MySql information is correct there. User name, Database name, password and the table prefix.

I think my config file is pretty messed up somehow. All it says is"

They are the same for both the inc/config.php AND the forum/inc/config.php

Ok then that is definitely a major problem. Try reuploading your config.php files (both of them) but they will need to be edited to include the correct database credentials

My website just started magically working again

Yeah this one's a host issue, it came back because the server problem was fixed. Moan at them if it keeps happening

Edit: Didn't see the bit about the contents of those files. If that's what they were saying, you need to have a serious talk with your host, or change hosts, 000webhost are pretty crap.
