It currently works for me in IE7, FF3, FF2, and Chrome.
I can see the signup link perfectly in Safari 4.

I tried it in Chrome and FF3. Maybe clear cache, you could be missing a background image? I'd take a screenshot, but I'd just be taking a screenshot of a white area.
It was just a white background with white text for me but it's ok now.
