even though i'm the admin and the mod...

Well if you actually tell us why you can't move them we might be able to help you Do you see an error message??

yes it says that i'm not able to do so for (and then it shows few reasons "like if i'm a regular user")

So it says a no permissions page?? For future reference, that sort of information is kind of important to be in the first post

Revert your showthread_moderationoptions template to default. This was explained in the 1.4.4 upgrade announcement.

where do i find showthread_moderationoptions template?

In your ACP, same place as all the other templates. ACP > Templates & Style > Templates > **expand template set** > Show Thread Templates > showthread_moderationoptions > Options > then revert it to default.

i did find it and it works perfectly..... i can't thank you enough.

i found one more issue as seen in the attachment

where do i upload the picture to show on the no icon section "the moved thread"?

That's either your on/off/offlock.gif image in ./images/. Check they're all there and are all .gif

all in there and all in .gif files

Well right click the image, what's the path it's trying to load??
