Found the solution myself:

ACP > Users & Groups > Groups > Guests > Miscellaneous (tab) > Miscellaneous (sub-heading) > Can view member list? > *untick*.

Hello everybody,

is there an easy way to hide the member list for guests?
I want only registered users to see the member list -
is there I setting waiting to be configured and I'm
just too stupid to find it or is an add-on the solution
for my problem? I searched the add-ons, but did not
find anything.

In the usergroup settings I believe there is an option to allow them to view the memberlist or not. You can't easily remove the link for guests only, they'll just see a no permissions page when they click it.
