i did some changes in my config.php file & some changes showed up
so i uploaded the file from the last backup
but another prob showed up
when i go any forum
the name in title shows as (?????????????)
nick names & Group names & Forum Jump menu shows as (???????????)
my forum language is Aarabic
Just the arabic words shows as ????????
but english is ok

If the config file, has the $config['database']['encoding'] been changed? That's really the only thing that could have changed if you've reverted back to an old file. Other than this, check the language files for your forum, and try converting the database to UTF8 in the AdminCP => Tools.

Possibilities:
- Make sure MySQL is set up for multi-lingual support and make sure you're using the correct encoding (in your case, UTF-8) for the MySQL DB
- Make sure your browser supports the correct character set (ie UTF-8)
- Make sure your language files specify UTF-8 as the character set (check /inc/languages/<yourlanguage>.php)
- You said your config.php is fine, so this shouldn't be an issue

Also, if you've converted, make sure the conversion didn't go bad, ie the correct stuff is stored in the DB.
