Currently, the following items have permissions that are only adjustable per forum, not per usergroup.

• Max posts per day (global value)
  
• Signature permissions
  
• Posts require moderator approval
  
• MyCode Permissions
  

There are also lots of options that are editable per usergroup per forum, but should really be available on a global usergroup basis (pretty much all of them).

This seems like a rather short-sighted decision and I'm hopeful it will be corrected in 1.6.

Yes, MyBB is forum based. It also needs to be usergroup based.

Indeed,at least moderation powers should be extended to usergroups too...Having a certain usergroup be a moderator of X forum makes it so much easier than adding each and every one as a moderator for that particular forum
