Greetings,

I forced everyone on my forum to use the classic thread view. Meaning, author details on the left and post on the right. Apparantly, some members note that they have the other thread view.

I forced it via my mysql if I remember correctly. How come some members + guests still see the other threadview?

Edit: it seems that the options in User CP -> Edit Options -> View thread mode : Threaded is bugged. I had it on Linear when I went into it, changed it to 'threaded' and it changed to the wrong thread view. Though, I could not save linear at all. It says linear on my screen but it's still on threaded.

I had to remove the options to change thread view mode when I followed a guide to force people using that thread view, but apparantly it isn't removed

Put that where the option to change postbits was. Then run the query again.

Thanks, it's fixed for me now. I'm waiting for a reply from the other members now.
