I have just installed mybb forum onto

However on the admin cp panel the main navigation menus have no writing on them, Please can you look at this problem.

Have you tried searching?? If you had, you'd have found that you haven't uploaded the admin language files, ./inc/languages/*language*/admin/

I checked the files, They seem to be there.
./inc/languages/english/admin

Well they can't be, otherwise it would show fine. Are you sure all of the files are actually in that folder?? Have you installed another language??
Do you think it could have anything to do with CHMOD ?
Maybe, the files need to be 664.

But I have got another problem, when I try and change the theme, or add another forum I get this :
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /admin/index.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
