i notice this error, at the bottom of the page

MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.

SQL Error:
2006 - MySQL server has gone away
Query:
UPDATE mybb_users SET lastactive='1236538034', timeonline=timeonline+14 WHERE uid='4'

Please contact the MyBB Group for support.

Contact your host about this.

I spoke to them, they said that its some error with myBB. so please ask them about this.

this shows that its some problem with "who is viewing this thread" maybe

No, it is not an error with MyBB. The error 'MySQL server has gone away' is a host problem.
