It's OK, i don't like the underline on the category title.
Hmm. Need to see the on/off images and maybe some buttons, and a logo before I give a true opinion. But looks good so far.
Yes good theme blue is my favorite color so when you will be complete the work.
I think u should remove under lines from all the category the theme is cool one i like it so finish it up as early as possible and i will wait for your next update.

try changing the trow1 and trow2 to something a little brighter
