Very good job. I suggest changing the on/off images, though.

Yeah, I just noticed that

Needs new on/off icons, and you should've made custom "New Thread", "New Reply", etc. buttons as stated. Just my 2 cents though.

I agree, even though I replace all buttons with custom HTML for my themes
